Throughout our life, we occasionally face some turning points, life-altering events that raise a stop sign that indicates us to rethink about our life, check within ourselves whether we live the life we wanted, or is it time to set new goals and renew our vows to ourselves?

Making Decisions in our life
Making Decisions in our Life:
Life is the sum of all your choices.
our life is how it is today because of all the decisions we ”have” made in the past.
Every single day we make many decisions. whether you eat healthy food or not is a choice, whether you do sport or not, is choice, whether you hate or love somebody is a choice, every action, everything you do began with a decision to act.
Everyone has a story
Everyone has a story
You feel as old as life is leading you. Your
experiences, your ups and downs , the upsets
and the joys are what shape you today,
change you up to one day you look at your mirror ,at yourself and ask, "Is that me?" and you find
that you are different. The stages in
your life are the reasons for your change .when I was young I always wanted to
grow old so fast, now that I’m old I say I wish I days can take me back. Every stage
in life or every year we get older m responsibilities become bigger. I sometimes
miss the person I used to be and the little girl who now only belongs in
distant memories. Time cuts away at the surface until you are left with what
you've become and the story to your name, all that belongs to you in this life
is yourself and your identity. Never fool yourself into believing that you can
change either of the two. Never change yourself for the wrong reasons and never
doubt that no matter who you are.
There are times when the weight of
the world is upon your shoulders, and times when it brings you to your knees
and you want to sleep until the worries fade away. And in the beauty you see in
the world, be it in a child’s smile, child innocence, or the love of a friend,
you pick yourself up and stand back .as you grow older, the worries never leave
but you become stronger, run faster and open your heart wider. You carry
yourself better and handle your situations wiser. And truly live better once you start understanding life more.
Voyage to maturity
Coming to the age of Mitzvah is perhaps one of the most important
rites of passage in a child’s life. While planning how to celebrate this
momentous occasion, many parents find themselves in the midst of great turmoil.
Conflicting requests of all the people involved in the child’s life, cultural
and traditional demands cause extremely high and intense emotions.
Nevertheless, it is the parents’ responsibility to decide how to celebrate
their child’s milestone.
So, before you pack up and catch the nearest flight out of Israel,
here is the perfect solution which will, with no doubt, deal with most or all
of the issues and is bound to satisfy all the parties involved. This solution
will have a great impact on your child, family and friends. It is also expected
to benefit the relationships amongst all your family members.
This is a proposal to celebrate a year of ‘Mitzvah’ which will set
off a year before the child’s age of Mitzvah and will end with the child
reaching Mitzvah. The process will connect the parents and the children to
their important values, to their family and their traditions. This is a voyage
through personal insights and recognition, team work, creative thinking, and
most importantly, fun.
The first stage is to list together with your child the most
important values and direct your child to choose only 13 of them. The next
stage will require creativity and initiative in planning an activity/
assignment that the child should do for each value. This can involve family and
friends. Once the planning is over, you are about to embark on your amazing
journey, observing your child transformation from a child to a grownup.
With every activity or
mission, you are about to learn about your child's new aspects that you weren't
aware of- His mature, creative and responsible side- his grownup side.
The highlight of this process is the celebration with friends and
family where you can present your child’s assignments and achievements and an
opportunity to thank all the people involved in the process.

Who really knows themselves that well?
Am I really who I say I am? Do I really know myself that well, that I say it with so much confidence? Am I happy? Do I suffer? Do I belong? Do I anxiously wait for what's to come? Am I lonely? Do I feel alone? Do I feel oppressed? Do I feel supported? Do I feel safe? Am I in peace with myself and others? These are some of the questions we all ask ourselves at some point in our lives. However, do we always get a satisfying answer?
I've been listening to a band for the past decade that goes by the name Linkin Park. My favorite album of theirs is Hybrid Theory. Why? I can't give you a certain answer to why, but I can tell you this, when you get to a point in your life and ask yourself all the questions that were written previously, Hybrid Theory is somewhat an answer to oneself. The songs in this album helped me as well as other people to realize that you are not alone, others have felt the way that you have. Others have been in your shoes from before. We all get to this point in our lives, the difference is, how do you choose to deal with it.
You might dislike this type of music, you might like it, you even might have never been in any sort of situation that will make you want to listen to this album. We're all different and unique in our own ways, but sometimes, just sometimes, we might go through the same sorrows. At the end of the day, we are all humans, we change our minds, feelings, and attitudes the way we like. However, the way we choose to show others who we are is what we control, yet not what's within.
This album has helped me realize the reality we live in. Therefore, in conclusion, I will ask you this, are you comfortable in your own skin? Do you really know who you are inside out?

Do you know what the hamburger theory is?
No, I don’t want to speak about food. No, I
don’t want to speak about a new diet. I also don’t want to explain some
research that has been carried out about the benefits or side effects of eating
hamburgers.
